The Apprentice of Peace Wellness Studio presents an 8 week program designed to help participants gain insight into the healing aspects and the principles of Qi Gong, Yoga and Tai Chi. Participants will acknowledge and engage tension and stress in the body and relieve it at its core. These exercises are used as a fundamental instrument in reclaiming Wellness, Health and Fitness. They are also key to providing the body with a complete cardiovascular workout by combining Isometric exercise, visualizations and breathing.

The Apprentice of Peace Wellness Studio uses a combination of Qi Gong, Yoga and Tai Chi to promote threefold healing:

  • Qi Gong relieves stress and tensions in the body, regulates the breathing and improves posture.
  • Yoga stretches and lengthens the muscles and tones the muscles so that toxins can be released using light motion.
  • Tai Chi helps to improve range of motion and helps with inflammation of arthritis and improves balance. With daily practice you can gain mental clarity, focus and renewed energy and motivation to improve overall health.
